FIDUN was engaged to provide strategic advocacy services culminating in the organisation’s relocation to new premises that offered robust commercial value and was better aligned to strategic objectives and market positioning.

FIDUN worked with Irwinconsult to prepare an accommodation brief and conducted market research to identify options that best addressed requirements.  FIDUN was the client’s primary interface for all liasion with relevant Agents and negotiating key commercial terms.  FIDUN supported Irwinconsult in the appointment and briefing of an appropriate property lawyer and managed the negotiation of the Heads of Agreement, Agreement for Lease (AFL) and Lease.

FIDUN’s role evolved to project managing the design and delivery of the new fitout including monitoring of the Developer and Builder’s performances in complying with obligations under the AFL.
