FIDUN was engaged by CWW to manage the end-to-end development of a new satellite depot to support its operations within Melbourne's CBD and immediate surrounds. The key consideration and challenge was the location itself and finding a suitable developable site in tightly held inner Melbourne that would meet CWW's needs and provide long term tenure.

Over the course of 18 months, FIDUN worked with multiple agents and developers, and considered numerous sites before finding an ideal location which could be developed to suit CWW's stringent operational requirements. FIDUN then led negotiations for the Agreement For Lease and a long-term lease. FIDUN went on to manage the design and delivery of the new depot with the new facility to be opened in September 2014
