FIDUN was engaged by City West Water from June 2009 August 2014 as the Strategic Advisor for the orgainsation’s new head office project.   Initially engaged to assist CWW in assessing potential options for its new home, the role progressed to:

  • supporting CWW in the development of information for the procurement of the developer,
  • preparing the preliminary functional and aspirational brief for the business,
  • leading the negotiation of the Agreement for Lease (AFL) and Lease,
  • representing the business and supporting it in all matters associated with design and delivery of the base building including monitoring the developer’s compliance with obligations under the AFL,
  • management of the design and delivery of the integrated fitout, and
  • the development of a Transition Strategy and Plan to guide the business’s relocation.
