FIDUN was engaged by CWW from 2011 to 2014 to assist in the redevelopment of one its key strategic assets, the CWW Main Maintenance and Operations Depot from which a number of satellite depots would be serviced.  

The new facility was opened in July 2014 and FIDUN assisted in all aspects of the project from inception to completion including:

  • the development of the business case for the relocation of the depot,
  • identification of suitable alternate locations,
  • depot needs identification,
  • masterplanning,
  • project financial reporting,
  • agreement for lease and lease negotiations and
  • management of both the design processes and Developer's delivery of the completed facility on behalf of the client.
  • Development of the Transition Strategy and Plan to assist CWW in relocation of its assets to the new facility.
