FIDUN was engaged in 2008 to lead the development team to undertake a critical review of the Aerial Project to identify and implement changes to create additional value.  With fresh perspective and a strong background in mixed-use development, FIDUN re-cut the brief to better align the product to target market(s) thereby increasing value to potential purchaser while improving commercial return.  The revised brief and associated changes to the design were achieved within the existing development approval, negating any need to re-visit the town planning process.
