MINTER ELLISON MELBOURNE TENANCY, QUALITATIVE EVALUATION OF POTENTIAL ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
FIDUN was engaged in May 2015 to undertake a qualitative evaluation of a number of potential future accommodation options within Melbourne. The analysis focused on key assessment criteria established with Minter Ellison including precinct, floor plate opportunities and constraints, environmental performance, developer capability, proposed fitout delivery model and disruption. The outcome of the evaluation was used in conjunction with financial analysis to inform decision making.
WISE EMPLOYMENT, PROPERTY STRATEGY
In response to WISE’s need to assess its National portfolio of sites against an environment of changing requirements, FIDUN was engaged to prepare a Property Strategy. The strategy provided related recommendations to address implementation of a new retail store concept, future management of the property portfolio, facilities management and development of a plan to implement the strategy.

VICTORIAN EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT TRAINING CENTRE - METROPOLITAN FIRE BRIGADE - STRATEGIC PROPERTY ADVISORY SERVICES

FIDUN was engaged by the MFESB Board between 2010 and 2014 as the Strategic Advisor for the project. Embedded within the MFB's internal Project Team for the entire period of the project, FIDUN assisted with every aspect of the briefing, planning, design and delivery of the MFB's new world class Victorian Emergency Management Training Centre located in Craigieburn, Victoria. FIDUN was engaged in mid 2013 to prepare the Request For Proposal (RFP) for the sale and redevelopment of the landmark CBD site of approximately 7,445m2 including the sale of the property under a 99 year ground lease, negotiation of the office pre-commitment for the key stakeholders, development of the $500m mixed use development and restoration of the heritage listed Neo-Gothic church and cluster of supporting historic buildings.
