Employment
We offer an opportunity for you to work in an environment that genuinely supports flexibility, encourages self-management, high performance and creates the chance to engage both autonomously and with other team members.
Autonomy and professional growth
- On routine projects you will work largely autonomously giving you a leadership role with responsibility for effective management and successful delivery guided as appropriate by a more experienced team member to help you excel and ensure you always feel supported when you request it.
- We have a particular skill and reputation for assisting clients on complex and often unique projects. This creates an opportunity to work alongside the Director and other experienced team members to up-skill and develop.
- Our Director is a strong believer in both formal and informal mentoring and is building an inclusive culture that celebrates difference, sharing ideas and experiences from which we all may grow.
Workplace flexibility – both where and when
- We are results driven. We don’t ‘watch the clock’. On the basis you achieve deadlines and deliver quality outcomes for our clients, the number of hours this involves or the time of day this is done is not important.
- We reward outcomes not ‘face’ time and don’t require staff to be ‘seen’ working. Other than when we are needed to work from our client’s offices (generally limited to our projects that require Strategic Services) and on the basis you are available to meet as necessary, with appropriate technological support, you are able to choose where you work.
